For us, Rise & Shine began with a simple purpose: to help people while building a stronger future for our family.

We believe meaningful help can take many forms. Sometimes it means solving a problem or easing a burden. Other times, it means listening, offering encouragement, sharing experience, or helping someone identify their next step.

That belief remains at the heart of everything we are building.

Why Missouri?

Our family currently lives in Texas, but we are working toward a long-term move to the Jefferson City, Missouri area.

This is not about chasing luxury or leaving our responsibilities behind. It is about carefully building a life that offers greater stability, sustainability, and support for our family’s future.

For us, stability means having the space, structure, flexibility, and community connections our family needs as our children grow. Missouri represents an opportunity to build that stronger foundation.

We do not have every detail or date finalized. The timing will depend on our savings, financial readiness, property options, housing costs, and what is best for our family.

What we do have is a clear direction and a commitment to keep working toward it responsibly.

Helping People Move Forward

Although Rise & Shine is an important part of our family’s journey, we never want the business to be only about us.

Rise & Shine exists to help people feel less overwhelmed, recognize their potential, and move forward with greater confidence.

Our purpose is not tied to one particular product or service. The ways we help may continue to grow and change, but our mission will remain the same:

We want to build something flexible, sustainable, and capable of serving people wherever our family lives. As Rise & Shine grows, it can continue supporting our current community while eventually moving with us to Missouri.

Our family is working toward Missouri by growing Rise & Shine responsibly, saving, reducing debt, researching our options, and making decisions based on long-term financial readiness.
